I recognise from personal experience the importance of being able to bring one’s whole self to work, and want to ensure all our people feel comfortable to do the same. Thinking about how we can be more inclusive should be second nature to us and embedded in everything we do.

This is a long road and we will not always get everything right. Every one of our people, though, who reflects on these issues, and does some small thing differently to make the firm more inclusive as a result, is a building block of success.”
