Our 2025 commitments
Our environment: we will
- remain carbon neutral
- replace gas boilers by 2030
- maintain carbon neutral or renewable tariffs for electricity
- ensure compliance with our responsible procurement policy
- continue working to eliminate single use plastic and to work towards achieving zero plastic waste through various initiatives.
Access to justice: we will
- maintain our commitment to providing legal aid.
Our people: we will
- explore ways to provide work experience opportunities to those who may have mental health or learning difficulties
- commit to supporting the 10,000 Able Interns programme, as an expansion to our support of 10,000 Black Interns
- continue to promote positive wellbeing amongst our staff through ongoing initiatives, projects and support services.
Our communities: we will
- continue to develop our firm-wide volunteering scheme and the opportunities available within it
- bring together our sponsorship and charitable programmes through the development of an overarching policy setting out our agenda and objectives in much the same way as we used our purchasing power to develop our responsible procurement policy.
